Commissioners grant multiple utility permits for AT&T, RWD #2 and ONG

The board also approved AT&T permit UT-P-26-48 (Districts 1 & 3) for crossings at S. 4170 Rd, E. Anderson Dr, S. Anderson Way and S. Dog Creek Rd (location described as 625.14 feet north of the SE corner of Section 10, T21N, R16E).
Rogers County RWD #2 received approval for permit UT-P-26-49 to cross E. Grand Meadow Dr (approx. 0.05 miles west of S. Meadow View Rd; referenced as 2,350 feet south of the NE corner of Section 7, T22N, R17E). Oklahoma Natural Gas’ permit UT-P-26-50 to cross S. Amah Parkway (approx. 0.33 miles west of SH 66; referenced as 1,771 feet north of the SW corner of Section 36, T21N, R15E) was also approved.
Each permit was moved and seconded and passed on unanimous roll call. The minutes do not record conditions attached to the approvals; approvals were routine and administrative in nature.
