Commissioner Tim Kelley moved and Commissioner James Hanning seconded a motion to approve acquisition from Softchoice Corporation under the authority of OMES Statewide Contract SW1041S for an upgrade of Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC) software licenses for Wagoner County departments for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 in the total amount of $46,797.45 to be paid for using the Commissioners Use Tax Account. The motion passed with Hanning, Stamps and Kelley voting "aye."
The purchase covers countywide GCC licenses through an OMES statewide contract, described in the meeting as a countywide software-license upgrade for FY2027. No public comment occurred on the purchase; the Board moved the item during the action-items portion of the agenda and approved it unanimously. The County will fund the contract from the Commissioners Use Tax Account as stated in the motion.
