Applicant says plan envisions single-family homes; application label causes confusion

He told the board he expected the first lot to be about two acres with the other lots following minimums as required.
The board said it will ask planning and building staff and counsel to clarify whether the proposed layout can proceed under the application as filed or whether the applicant must pursue a different process.
