Road Department Director Mark Heyliger told the committee that three of five vendors responded to Bid 2026-058 for a six-month fuel purchase and that Keystone Co-op was the lowest overall bidder. Heyliger said the department has not had problems with that vendor in past procurements.
Commissioner Teri Freehling moved to authorize the department to proceed with the lowest overall bidder; Commissioner Rayonte Bell supported the motion and the committee carried the motion to award the contract to Keystone Co-op.
