IDA elects Rachel A. Perfetti chair; appoints committees

At its annual meeting the IDA elected Rachel A. Perfetti as chairperson, Mark Ryan as secretary and Linda Givron as treasurer, and approved slate appointments to audit, finance and governance committees by motion.
The Green Island IDA completed its officer elections and committee appointments at the annual meeting. The board voted to accept the slate that named Rachel A. Perfetti chairperson, Mark Ryan secretary and Linda Givron treasurer.
"This is for the election of officers, chairperson Rachel a Perfetti, secretary, Mark Ryan, treasurer, Linda Givron," the chair read when announcing the slate, and members approved the nominations by motion. The board also appointed Lynn McGibran to chair the audit committee and set members for finance and governance committees.
Committee assignments and officer confirmations were approved by voice vote; the board then confirmed a slate of counsel and staff appointments for the coming year.
