Board approves consent items, splits one consent vote and postpones two cases to Oct. 7

At the start of the meeting the board reorganized its consent agenda: items on tabs 1, 2 and 10 were approved together while tab 9 was voted separately because one board member had a conflict. The motions to approve the consent items passed. Chair (speaker 1) recorded the votes and noted the separate handling of tab 9.
Earlier in the meeting the applicants for tabs 7 and 8 requested a postponement to Oct. 7 (Madeline Damon, applicant counsel, said staff needed to revise parts of the staff report). The board moved the items up on the agenda for clarity and voted to postpone both to the Oct. 7 Planning & Zoning meeting.
