Public Works recommended approving both the base resurfacing bid (Mohawk Road/County H to Neishnebec/Neishnebec Trail) and an alternate seal-coat option for the village portion where the road is split with the town.
Tammy told the board doing the village section and the town's portion together will be more cost-effective than completing piecemeal work and noted the village expects to receive approximately $47,000–$48,000 in local road improvement funding to offset the project cost. A trustee moved to accept the base and alternate bids; the board carried the motion.
