John Marshall moved to approve the petition with conditions prohibiting second-floor plumbing and conversion to rental or commercial use; the motion produced a 2–2 tie (Nochevich and Marshall yes; Rohaley and Sauerman no). The petition was deferred to the BZA meeting on June 22, 2026.
