Commissioner Dan Rohaley raised a potential violation regarding an off‑site parking lot and Ordinance 31.03; Murphy said his team submitted a Board of Zoning Appeals application and that the petition will be heard by the BZA. The commission voted 7–0 to approve the Secondary Plat (motion by Dan Rohaley, seconded by Mike Conquest).
