County approves tax cancelations for two mobile homes no longer at assessed properties

Assessor staff Mark Swenson told the Board: "both of the cancelations are regarding mobile homes that are no longer at the properties. The first mobile home was sold and moved out of county. The second mobile home was destroyed and torn down." The Board approved cancelations for parcel MH0816E106009A ($277.05) and parcel MH0917E042402A ($170.71) following a motion by Commissioner Art Watkins and a second from Commissioner Ben Crouch.
The motions passed unanimously. The minutes record these as administrative corrections to remove property assessments for structures no longer present on the parcels.
