The Board authorized the president to sign a memorandum of understanding between the Family and Children First Council and the Ottawa County Family Advocacy Center to support the Grand Love Summer Camp respite program. The agreement is effective through June 30, 2026, and the minutes state explicitly there shall be no payment from either party. The motion was moved by Commissioner Donald A. Douglas, seconded by Commissioner Mark E. Coppeler, and passed unanimously.
