Holiday Hills board approves warrant and increases Community Relations budget for 50th anniversary

Trustee Brown, reporting for Treasurer Katherine Andrus, presented the monthly financial report and fund balances for the village. The minutes list account balances at First Mid Bank ($39,745.34), IL General ($124,293.73), MFT ($107,153.96) and Epay ($17,740.64).
President Giles asked the board to increase the budgeted amount in Community Relations to $3,000 to support Holiday Hills' 50th Anniversary. The board approved the warrant dated April 15, 2026, by unanimous vote among members present. A tentative budget was also presented that included projected higher-cost items such as a furnace and new cameras.
