Manager Barbara Hollerand said the policy was intentionally generalized so it would not require frequent amendments as staffing and priorities shift. Commissioners approved the policy unanimously after brief discussion.
The policy will guide Public Works on which right-of-ways to prioritize and allow staff discretion for additional mowing when operational capacity permits.
