"So while the full cost of the agreement does increase our services side of the budget, we'll experience savings on the salary and benefit side of the budget," he said, and the district continues recruitment for a permanent director.
Trustees moved to approve the agreement (motion by Vice President Kelly, seconded by Trustee Cooper) and the motion carried 5–0 on the record. The board did not discuss contract amendment language on the public record.
