"Motion by Ballard, seconded by Flohr, to approve the MOU with the Regional Office of Education #4 (ROE4) to participate in the Regional Crisis Reunification Team," the minutes record; the motion carried unanimously. The minutes say the MOU defines roles, responsibilities and commitments of ROE4 and participating districts in developing and operating the reunification process.
Earlier in the meeting Mr. Dugan noted an MOU with ROE was on the agenda and described the purpose as defining roles and commitments for reunification; a flyer from ROE was circulated to inform stakeholders. The minutes record no dissent and no additional terms beyond the MOU approval; the district will file the executed MOU per standard practice.
