The Rogers County Board of County Commissioners approved three service contracts during its June 29, 2026 regular meeting. Commissioner Dan DeLozier moved to award the 2027-06 Janitorial Services contract to Clempire; Commissioner Steve Hendrix seconded and the roll call was DeLozier-aye, Hendrix-aye, Burrows-aye — the motion carried.
Following the janitorial award, the board approved Visual Inspection Services (2027-07) for JD Oasis after a DeLozier motion and Hendrix second. For the Herbicide Vegetation Management contract (2027-08), the minutes note the low bidder lacked required information; Chairman Ron Burrows moved to award to the second low bidder, Shuttera, LLC, DeLozier seconded and the motion carried on a unanimous roll call.
Each award was taken from items tabled at the board's June 22 meeting and brought back for action on June 29. The meeting minutes record no dissenting votes; all recorded roll calls for these motions were unanimous (DeLozier, Hendrix, Burrows).
