Doc #26-107 certified Quinlado Sec II at 13 lots at $75 per lot for $975 annually (total certified sections $2,475; 8-year high balance $19,800). Doc #26-108 certified Creekside Crossing Sec I at 35 lots at $50 per lot for $1,750 annually (8-year high balance $14,000). Doc #26-109 approved increases to the Jacob Johnson Unit periodic maintenance from $1.00/acre with $5.00 minimum to $5.00/acre with a $25 minimum for residential and other classes, and $25.00/acre with a $125 minimum for commercial/industrial/utility/railroad, producing an annual assessment of $17,971.59 and an 8-year high balance of $143,772.72.
ACSO recommended approval of each certification and the board adopted them on motions from Rich Beck, seconded by Jim Orr.
