Board adopts Surveyor’s five-year Long Range Plan for 2026–2030

Emily Grabill of the Allen County Surveyor's Office delivered a PowerPoint presentation explaining the plan and the office’s Prioritized Drain Classification List for 2026. Chair Therese Brown thanked staff, saying the plan "gives us a lot by having a plan that is in play that shows what the progression is intended to be." Rich Beck echoed Brown’s appreciation and moved to adopt the plan; Jim Orr seconded and the motion carried.
The board recorded the adoption as ACSO-recommended. The plan is intended to guide drain maintenance and classification priorities over the next five years and to align the office with Indiana Code requirements.
