The executive director told commissioners there had been a 2011 letter of map revision (LOMAR) that altered some map sections from Zone AE to Zone X and that the plat must be corrected. Staff recommended conditional approval with drainage and erosion control plan approval for any new development, correction of the flood information on the plat, funding for infrastructure if needed, and recording within 90 days. Commissioners approved the primary and secondary with those conditions.
