The Village of Bensenville Board of Trustees convened a special meeting on Feb. 18, 2025, opened with the Pledge of Allegiance, and completed a roll call establishing a quorum. The clerk recorded that Trustees Frans, Frey, Lomax and Panacola were present and Trustees Carmona and Perez were absent.
The board moved forward with an ordinance under public works concerning a reimbursement agreement for Arthur Court (see separate item). The presiding official opened the public comment period and, seeing no attendees, closed that portion of the meeting. After routine confirmations that there were no village manager or attorney reports and no unfinished or new business, the board moved to adjourn. A roll call on the adjournment motion was taken and the meeting ended.
