Volpe reported site-specific quoted costs: City Hall ($11,087.00), Public Library ($10,411.00), Danbury High School ($3,935.00), Head Start School ($12,263.00), Beaver Brook Administration Building ($9,863.00), Career Academy ($9,112.00), Western Connecticut Academy for International Studies ($6,112.25) and Mill Ridge School ($2,469.00).
Superintendent of Public Buildings S. Hanley moved to award the services to Trane Technologies; Director of Finance D. Garrick seconded the motion and it carried unanimously. The approvals will allow scheduled preventive maintenance and contract support to continue across the listed municipal facilities.
