Armstrong also noted maintenance changes for dispensers, saying the automatic hand-towel machines “eat batteries” and that the city will buy manual units at $85 each. He described an equipment problem: "Pump 2 keeps tripping so we are going to have to pull it out and trouble shoot it, just waiting for a warmer day." The council did not take a separate vote on these maintenance items during the meeting; they were reported as committee business.
