Former Chair Patricia Sullivan told the Napa County Behavioral Health Board Executive Committee on July 23, 2026, that she had communicated with the Clerk of the Board and that “the Board of Supervisors would be notified in writing that four applicants had been approved for appointment.” She said the appointments will be forwarded for official placement and that the committee plans to consider expanding Executive Committee membership once those appointments are finalized.
Patricia Sullivan also reported that the Board identified youth behavioral health as its highest priority during a recent brainstorming session and that member Amy Montanez has resigned from the board. She said the committee will consider appointing Jasper Lowell to the Executive Committee after the four pending board member appointments are approved, a step that would expand committee membership and capacity for subcommittee work.
