Board of Elections contract change orders and grant extensions approved; primary early-voting stats reported

The Human Resource Committee voted to authorize two contract change orders with the New York State Board of Elections, each revising the contract effective dates to April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2027. The change orders are recorded as MUNIS CONTRACT #3207 and #3206; both were presented as resolutions for the board and approved in committee (motions by Supervisor Becker; recorded votes: Ayes 6, Absent 1).
Under the Board of Elections update, Commissioner Schlick reported preliminary election figures from the June 23 primary: 387 early voters and 115 absentee voters. The committee recorded the Vote-by-Mail grant extension and a 2025 General Election grant extension as resolutions to be forwarded to the board.
