Commissioners remove fuel farm and maintenance facility to lower fund-balance draw

The motion to adopt the budget, made by Vice Chair O'Neal and seconded by Commissioner Ivey, reflected the removal of the Maintenance Facility and Fuel Farm and passed unanimously.
