Board approves street closures and permits for community events and school year

A member requested closing Ridge Place south of Drill Ridge South for Sunday, Aug. 30, and declared an abstention from voting because they live on the street. The board approved the closure as presented. The board also approved a repeat request from Mishawaka Catholic to close Spring Street between 3rd and 4th for the 2026–2027 school year during scheduled arrival, recess and departure windows.
