City to release downtown parking survey Aug. 21; focus groups set for Aug. 19

She said focus groups will be scheduled for Aug. 19 and that consultants will return to market/festival events in the fall for additional outreach. The survey period is expected to run through late September or early October.
Krista said the team adjusted outreach timing after feedback from business owners who noted weekend markets before school start are often slow. The city aims to gather public input before staff and consultants finalize recommendations for downtown parking changes.
