Board tables Allied proposal for tunnel moisture remediation pending asbestos assessment and second quote

Given outstanding questions about asbestos handling, warranty/maintenance of dehumidifiers and timing relative to school breaks, the board tabled the allied proposal to gather additional vendor quotes and an asbestos plan. Allied's quoted pricing was valid through Oct. 5; staff will seek an extension if needed and return the item to a future agenda with Ideal's assessment.
