District director outlines registration process ahead of Monday opening

The district director said online student registration for Beecher CUSD 200U will open Monday and urged families to prepare by checking email spam folders and having required documents ready. "It's gonna start on Monday," the director said, adding that snap codes used to access PowerSchool are expected to arrive in the next few days.
The director described the registration flow: enter the snap code in PowerSchool, complete forms and acknowledgments, then follow the prompt to eFunds to make a payment or establish a payment plan, or submit a fee waiver and bring supporting documents to a district office. "Once you've done you complete your registration it will put you into the hopper," the director said, and staff will verify submissions; because the district expects more than 1,000 students to register, processing may take about a week. Families who do not receive a snap code by Monday midday were told to call PowerSchool and to contact the district office if payment or waiver issues hold up approval.
