Leach stated, “The written materials do not expand beyond just a boilerplate assertion of concern about personal safety ... and the statute and the, administrative regulation require a greater showing than that,” and he denied the request.
The commission recorded the denial and closed the matter on the modification calendar; staff did not present additional evidence and no further testimony was ordered.
