Later in the meeting the board approved a resolution amending the authorized representatives for TexPool after a separate motion by Trustee Chip Brown, seconded by Trustee Billy Saucier; that motion also carried 7-0. The actions keep routine district governance and cash-management authorizations current and were recorded in the official minutes for the Oct. 21 meeting.
