Wyoming County approves new EMS positions and adopts EMS course fee schedule

Resolution No. 26-340 approved the creation and filling of several Emergency Services positions: one A-EMT (1.0 FTE) at $25.24–$31.42/hour, one Paramedic (1.0 FTE) at $30.39–$40.69/hour, one Paramedic (per-diem) at the same hourly range, and a Deputy EMS Operations Coordinator management position (Grade 8, $78,280–$90,748) effective June 2, 2026. The board also reinstated and filled two part-time Deputy Sheriff positions effective June 9, 2026.
