The Board on June 9 established the Wyoming County Parking Lots Capital Improvement Project (Resolution No. 26-316) with a project cap of $282,836.75 to address parking-lot improvements at the Animal Shelter, Fire Training Center, Health Department and 448 North Main Street. Following the project establishment, the board carried several bid awards for discrete work packages.
Notable contract amounts recorded in the meeting minutes include: Ruston Paving Company — Animal Shelter asphalt binder ($33,624.00); Thoman Asphalt Paving Corp. — Fire Training Center milling and resurfacing ($23,576.00) and 448 North Main Street resurfacing ($52,678.75); Spallina Materials — Health Department milling, resurfacing and striping ($152,985.00); Seal-A-Deal — Courthouse Campus sealing and striping ($14,293.44) and Fire Training Center sealing ($8,810.00).
