The Niles City Council on Sept. 8 authorized the Mayor Pro Tem to sign a grant agreement from the Michigan Gateway Community Foundation for use in construction of Ferry Street Park.
The motion to authorize signing was moved by Councilmember Timothy Rogers and seconded by Councilmember Sheila Koebel; the roll call vote recorded Yeas and the motion carried. The agreement was described in the motion as being “said funds to be used in construction of the Ferry Street Park.”
