The resolution passed with seven yes votes (Boggs, Bertschy, Koebel, Rogers, McAfee, Weimer and Nelson) and one no vote from Councilmember Michael Thompson. The council recorded no abstentions. The motion and roll-call appear in the official meeting minutes for the Aug. 11 meeting.
