The Village of Metamora approved a resolution to engage Raymond James Bond Underwriter Services in relation to 2026 ARS bonds for a new public safety building. Attorney Gaster presented the item and Trustee Weyeneth moved approval with Trustee Alig seconding; the motion passed 4 yeas, 0 nays.
Administrators also reported that the RFQ for construction management companies has been released and that ten applications have been received; Administrator Cole McDaniel will screen applicants and present the top three to the board for consideration at a future meeting.
