President Deeb updated trustees that Hanover 190 festivities are scheduled for June 3, 5, 6 and 7 and that the event budget will be treated as part of the annual concert‑series budget rather than a separate line item. "She stated that the budget for this will be considered part of the yearly concert series budget, as this event fits within those parameters but just packaged differently," the minutes say.
Clerk Katie Garber, who oversees economic development and event planning, said concert planning is progressing and that she is trying to book performer Luke Maurer for the Saturday concert during Hanover 190 but is facing uncertainty because of difficulties in securing sound equipment; once equipment and remaining items are confirmed she will complete marketing materials and release the concert schedule. The trustees signaled support for moving the event forward within the concert budget parameters but no formal budget vote specific to Hanover 190 was recorded.
