The marketing report listed multiple upcoming bookings including a Hoot Gibson wrestling banquet (June 12), a Butte Auto parking lot sale (June 8–17), three doubleheader basketball bookings, NCAT recycling labor (June 15–16), May Fair (May 8–10), Mineral & Gem Show (May 16–17) and roller derby events (May 30–31).
In other business, staff reported that Krystal Carlson will attend the IAVM Management School beginning June 5 in Palm Springs; Bill Melvin said he spoke with Bill Boyle, who mentioned the BSB County Fair may move to the fairgrounds though no formal contact has occurred between the Fair Board and the Civic Center. The board recorded that Matt Stepan submitted frontier 28/29 bids and that the Civic Center will host the event in 2027. An entity listed as 'AN RI RA' requested furniture, staging and a refrigerator for an event Aug. 14–16 (organizer details not specified). The minutes also note a letter from the MPEF Union BSB indicating the concession and box office cashiers' union seeks to disband; staff said the union steward position has been vacant and additional information will follow.
