Recorded actions include approval of county bills; authorization of previous minutes (including minutes for an Emergency Meeting that adopted Resolution 2026-10, Emergency Declaration for the Cottonwood Fire); ratification of the FY26 security contract for a bailiff; declaration of surplus items (one piano and two 2020 sheriff vehicles); authorization of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Millard County for road oil distribution; authorization of the Federal Transportation Agency Certificate of Assurance for a Council on Aging van (UDOT grant); and renewal of Resolution 2026-10 through the end of the year.

The Commission also authorized an indigent burial request for Calvin Warby and reviewed (but did not adopt) proposed 2026 property tax rates during the meeting's agenda.
