Board signs minutes, approves claims and multiple liquor licenses; signs Public Health District ballots

The Minidoka County Board approved routine business on July 13, 2026, including minutes from July 6, 2026; claims and payroll; and a group of alcoholic beverage licenses for local businesses. Commissioner Koyle moved to approve the minutes and Commissioner Schaeffer moved to approve claims and payroll; both motions carried.
The board approved alcoholic beverage licenses for the following businesses as presented: Drift Inn Hospitality LLC (Drift Inn), Steven Sprague (Joe's River Bar), Lucky Lake 208 LLC (Lucky Lake 208), Square Bagel Co. LLC (The Square Bagel), Yoimi Rupert LLC (Yoimi Sushi & Hibachi), Tag Inc. (Tony's Service), J&M Bar LLC (The Melody Bar) and Oasis Stop N Go LLC (Oasis Stop N Go #15). Commissioners Schaeffer and Koyle also signed ballots individually for the Public Health District Board for Linda Montgomery and Commissioner Jared Orton. The board voted to send a letter responding to correspondence about wake and surf boats on the Snake River.
