Daniel Priestley, Planning & Zoning, said the amendment accompanies a minor subdivision to create two lots so the property will be eligible for a future house.
Priestley said the zoning commission reviewed the application and recommended approval; no members of the public testified at the hearing. The board moved, seconded and approved the item unanimously on its first reading.
