Woodbury County agreed to an interfund operating transfer of $125,000 to shore up its self-funded health insurance fund. Erickson said he had discussed the transfer with the county auditor, who approved the mechanism. The board approved a resolution to transfer the $125,000 effective as of June 30; the motion was recorded as passing 5-0. Erickson added the county would likely need to address the underlying shortfall going forward.
