Street Foreman Mark Traum reported to the council that crews have been plowing during the recent heavy snow, that the city has a brand-new plow driver and new routes for employees, and that staff have been working to repair brick streets and concrete after water and sewer leaks. The financial snapshot for the meeting listed bank balances totaling $4,423,714.62.
During public comment Renee Rolling-Warfield raised a concern about snow removal on Washington Street; Traum said the issue had already been discussed with the plow driver.
