Committee agrees to clean up dormant activity accounts; club event must be after hours
Summary

Justin Krueger, a staff member, told the committee there are several dormant activity accounts from past graduating classes, inactive clubs, and convenience accounts that need resolution; he said he will coordinate with Andrew Walters and the student council on the old class accounts.
Chad Dougherty flagged a Danica Patrick speaking opportunity; Dougherty said the participating club prefers a school-wide presentation but was told district practice "does not provide for student-body assemblies for extracurricular clubs."
