The resolution allocated $463,100 from 2018 bond proceeds, $432,700 from utility operations, and $530,600 from stormwater fund reserves to cover the change in scope related to the Edison Ford waterfront master plan development agreement.
Council moved and approved the resolution by voice vote. The funding reallocation will allow project staff to proceed with design and construction tasks tied to waterfront master-plan objectives; council did not add additional conditions at the time of the vote.
