Adam Day, Chair, opened the public hearing on SU-2026-0007, a special-use application from Joel, Paula, and Brian Yoder to operate an excavation and construction business as a home enterprise at 5414 Vandolah Rd in A3 Estates zoning. The applicant's representative presented the request and the hearing record shows two people spoke in support and two spoke in opposition.
After discussion, Board member Jerry Ehle moved to deny SU-2026-0007 based on Findings of Fact; Ron Kohart seconded and the motion to deny carried 3–0.
