The Board of Ottawa County Commissioners authorized the president of the board to sign State Fiscal Year 26-01 amendment to the Strong Families Safe Communities multi-county collaborative Memorandum of Understanding. "This amendment will reduce the allocation available to Ottawa County by $7,400.00 making the total amount $21,100.00 effective upon full execution of this amendment," the meeting record says.
The action was taken on the recommendation of the Executive Director of the Family and Children First Council and was approved by the Prosecuting Attorney. Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voted yes. The amendment alters the county's allocation under the collaborative agreement; the effective date is the date of full execution of the amendment.
