The agreement is limited to a four- to six-month term, may be terminated by either party with written notice, and is not to exceed $17,000. The action was taken on the recommendation of the Director of Senior Resources and was approved by the Prosecuting Attorney. Commissioners Mark W. Stahl, Donald A. Douglas and Mark E. Coppeler voted yes on the motion. The contract will be routed to the president of the board for signature and the Director of Senior Resources will oversee implementation.
