Trustee Katie Rudolph presented a short description of plans for the Village of Holiday Hills 50th anniversary celebration scheduled for July 18, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. She asked for volunteers to help set up beginning around 7:00 a.m., staff games and food, and assist with teardown.
President J. Giles said he would contact LRS to arrange porta‑potty rentals and trash collection. The board did not vote on funding or vendor contracts during this meeting; arrangements and volunteer coordination were left to the community relations committee and staff.
