District staff presented a draft list of deferred-maintenance and capital projects that could follow the bond work, with projects staged across fiscal years and a preliminary estimate of the total cost.
"It would be about $831,000 estimate to do all of those projects that are listed on here," the district administrator said, listing priorities such as roof-penetration sealing, gutter replacement, new backflow preventers at Loma and the gym, CT stucco repair, bus-barn siding and gym upper-siding work. Trustees asked for clarification on the years and whether some items might fit bond language or CalSHAPE funding.
Trustees also debated how much to set aside annually for deferred maintenance; one trustee noted the district previously set aside about $100,000 per year and suggested a midyear $50,000 allocation if feasible. The board asked staff (Paul) to return with a prioritized list and clarified funding sources (general fund, restricted maintenance reserve, bond or grants) for each item.
